Have You Reached a Crossroads in Your Career and Don't Know Which Way to Turn?
Perhaps the confusion is so great that you just keep on your same path. You know you're compromising but you're too confused to do anything else.
Perhaps you're in danger of compromising your happiness for convenience because you don't have the confidence and perspective to make a real decision.
Do You Doubt Your Usefulness Outside Your Current Role?
When you've been in a role for a long time. You can do your job standing on your head. There's no challenge. There's no excitement.
You're confident in your own role and industry but your self-belief crumbles when you consider moving outside your comfort zone.
You're sure it's too late to jump up or out now. You'll just have to keep going - what else is there?
Do You Fear Your Last Working Years will be a Drudge?
Sometimes you think you'll just sit it out but a voice tells you that could be painful. You're writing yourself off far too soon! You're consigning yourself to 10 years of frustration and exhaustion in a job you don't love.
It's like a marriage that's past its sell-by date - every year it's less exciting until it's soul-destroying.
Will You Regret Coasting Through These Years?
Edith Piaff was lucky she had no regrets. It seems most of us do. And in the last moments of life, we wish we had a chance to live our dreams and not compromise. We wish we had been braver.
We wish we had been less complacent and realised the opportunities we had to try new things and live more boldly. To see what life could really offer us. To be all that we are.
Are You Ready to Step Forward?
You've reached a crossroads in your career. You know you could make a move from here but is it worth it?
- Will you step forward?
- Step up?
- Step out?
Or will you be PERPLEXED and paralysed into doing nothing and just letting time pass?
Are you PROPSPECTING but lack any real direction? Chances are you'll take whatever comes your way which is no better than procrastinating where you are.
Maybe you're POINTED at an opportunity but delay action due to lack of confidence.
What does it feel like to be stuck where you are? Is it frustrating, demoralising?
What would it be like to be PRIMED - focused on a way forward and confident of your choice and ability to make the move and do well?
Research shows when we have low self-belief we don't even see the opportunities that present themselves. We're in denial!
To get ourselves in position for the new chapter of our lives we need to get focused and get a plan. We need to rebuild our identity so we have room to grow within it and we need to have courage to face the new with self-belief.
IDENTITY
Has your idea of yourself stayed the same for years despite your growth personally and professionally?
Just like a snake shedding its skin, we need our identity to be enough for us to grow into - and the right shape to accommodate our aspirations.
We cannot be what we don't see ourselves as.
Who are we and who do we need to be?
COURAGE
We mistakenly wait to feel more confident before we act. But confidence comes after action, not before. What we need before is courage.
Courage is managing our fears, imposter syndrome and creating true and useful self-belief.
It's not the challenge that holds us back but our fear of it - and that's manageable.
VISION
It's simply this. If we don't know where we are going we can't go there.
We need to decide on a destination and work towards it.
We create a plan and work the plan to get where we want to be.
In doing so we learn to let go of what is not useful and decide where we're not going.

"I could not recommend Sara’s coaching highly enough."
It has helped me enormously both to grow as a person, as well as build the necessary resilience and positivity for my new venture, with lots of great frameworks and tips and tricks to fall back on should I waiver!
It's a brilliant mix of carefully curated and thought-provoking sessions, combined with personal check-ins and the flexibility to ensure it is very much tailored to your individual needs and where you want to get to.
There is discipline to ensure you are always building on your learning and can constantly envision and monitor your end goal.
Yet, there is also the ability to spark off Sara’s own diverse career and life experiences.
And it is huge fun too, as Sara makes it all the more enriching with her fantastic sense of humour and making it feel ‘real’ and applicable rather than theoretical and pie in the sky!
Don’t miss out, there are golden nuggets to draw on for a lifetime. Thank you Sara!

I chose the program because I felt I needed to challenge my current working style and thoughts.
I struggled with self-belief and with the way I was perceiving situations that was not helpful.
At first, I felt nervous and confronted – especially coming to terms with being a people-pleaser and putting my worth in other people's hands. But now I feel confident in the change in direction of my thoughts and behaviours.
My constant need to people please has changed immensely.
I was on Level 2 of the Influence ladder, now I am at the top on Level 4. A lot has changed.
I love DISC and understanding how to communicate with the different behaviour styles.
I also liked talking with Sara about real-life scenarios at work and how to approach them differently and that usually involved challenging my perception of the situation.
I really embraced and enjoyed the program.
