Do You Struggle to Build Your Idea into Something that Works?
Have you thought through all the aspects of your new business? Have you planned how you'll live, how much money you'll need to make and how you'll do that?
Do you even know what sums to do to ensure self-employment is as secure as it can be?
Is your idea robust enough to support you?

Have You Got an Exciting idea but Unsure how to Turn it into Reality?
No doubt your idea is very precious to you. And at this stage it is fragile and vulnerable.
It's like stepping from the quay onto the boat. You don't want to end up in the water!
Converting this idea into a business that can support you requires planning—it's best done with appropriate tools and perspective.

Do you Fear your Courage may Desert You at Key Moments?
Many people have dreams and even plan them. But those who have the courage to turn those dreams into a reality are far fewer.
We love to plan but only the ability to act will give us the life, and adventure we yearn for.
Can you be sure you'll not succumb to the 'warnings' of your fear voice and carry through to the end? Or do you need support and accountability?

Your Idea is Worth the Work
Yes it's tough and scary, but that's where the greatest rewards lie.
Our 8 year old selves and our 80 year old selves see clearly.
At the end of life most of us wish we had been less complacent and realised the opportunities we had to try new things and live more boldly. To see what life could really offer us. To be all that we are.

Are You Ready to Step Forward?
You've reached a crossroads now. Are you prepared to push the limits of your idea
- Will you step forward?
- Step up?
- Step out?
Or will you be PERPLEXED and paralysed into doing nothing?
Are you PROSPECTING and are not able to develop the idea into something that could work?
Maybe you're now in a PRECARIOUS situation - you're in love with your idea and want to do it right now but if you don't wait, pressure test, amend, plan and prepare, you'll likely crash and burn
What would it be like to be PRIMED - everything ready to go, answers to all the questions you can think of?
To get ourselves in position to make our next chapter a success, we need to get serious and get information, a plan and the tools for the job.

NEED AND TARGET
Every successful business solves a problem.
Just as the problem paracetamol solves is pain not a lack of paracetamol, so this business needs to solve a problem that isn't just an absence of itself.
Identifying a precise target and their problem/unmet need is essential for guiding product development, marketing and sales.
The tighter we identify this, the more powerful our product and communications will be.

PRODUCT AND DELIVERY
The product needs to clearly meet the need of the target in a way that is easier, cheaper or delivers a better experience than any other way they may currently meet that need.
What, where, when and how will the product be delivered?
What processes will be necessary, do you need others to help?

FINANCIAL PLANNING
How much profit does this business need to make?
What units are going to be the measure of this business? Eg courses sold? People through the door? Number of subscriptions?
How many are needed each month at what price to make a profit?
What are the outgoings? How will you ensure they don't suck up your cashflow and leave you vulnerable before you get a chance to bring in enough sales?

MARKETING AND SALES
How will you target your audience? What is your message going to be?
What is your message going to be? How will you use your knowledge of their pain points to bring in more business?
How will the sales work? Online? In person?
What other organsations can you partner with to drive interest and find your market? How will you do that?
What can you do to deliver against PR needs?
