Are you Talking Yourself out of Opportunities?
We're full of excuses - too busy, too old, too young, not clever enough and so we sell ourselves short.
The fact that you haven't stepped up for these opportunities doesn't mean they're not for you. It means fear is spinning you excuses.
But you know that, right?
You're selling yourself short and you know that too, right?
You deserve better - you are more than you know. Join us and I'll show you how to break through that barrier.
Do you Start new Behaviours but Can't Keep Going?
It's frustrating and demoralising to keep starting things, full of excitement and then not keep going till then end.
That means you put all that work and invest all that hope in something and it doesn't pay off.
And in the end we resist taking on new challenges because we don't trust ourselves to deliver.
We blame lack of discipline but sometimes it's an inability to articulate our motivation and to use it to keep us going through the difficult parts.
Join us and together we'll keep each other accountable and use the behavioural hacks that work to deliver your goals.
Do You Want to Launch a new Initiative but are Afraid You'll Fail?
Are you going to live your life unfulfilled because of this? Are you going to keep putting it off till it's too late?
Fear of failure is common but that doesn't mean it's helpful or should hold us back. It spins us some extraordinary scenarios about how likely we are to fail and what the dreadful repercussions of that would be.
All nonsense. If you go about it the right way there's every chance you'll make a big success of it.
And this program is here to help you as it has helped others.
Women Sell Themselves Short
Research shows that while women are as capable as men, they can often be less confident at work. For example, while men will apply for jobs when they don't meet all the criteria, women will wait till they meet all the criteria and feel they probably do so more than others before applying.
Women leaders also have a tendency to want to be liked which can mean they hold back from putting themselves forward or rocking the boat.
And the pandemic and working remotely has had a negative impact on women getting their views heard and even getting promoted.

GILBERT & TOBIN
I chose the program because I felt I needed to challenge my current working style and thoughts.
I struggled with self-belief and with the way I was perceiving situations that was not helpful.
At first, I felt nervous and confronted – especially coming to terms with being a people-pleaser and putting my worth in other people's hands. But now I feel confident in the change in direction of my thoughts and behaviours.
My constant need to people please has changed immensely.
I was on Level 2 of the Influence ladder, now I am at the top on Level 4. A lot has changed.
I love DISC and understanding how to communicate with the different behaviour styles.
I also liked talking with Sara about real-life scenarios at work and how to approach them differently and that usually involved challenging my perception of the situation.
I really embraced and enjoyed the program.
To anyone else considering doing this program I'd say absolutely do it if you want to expand yourself and become more self-aware.
It would be great for anyone who wants to be more valuable and have a voice at the table.
How Do you Approach Opportunity and Challenge?
Are you stuck partway up the ladder? If so you're going to be struggling to deliver against your aspirations.
Perhaps you are at LEVEL 1: Flat. No mojo, lost your love of life, few aspirations at all. A smiserable place to be.
Perhaps you are at LEVEL 2: Fearful. A demoralising place to be. Confidence is at a low ebb because fear is stopping you moving forward.
At LEVEL 3: Fitful it's exhausting. Two steps forward and one step back. It's going to take you 3 times the work to achieve your goals like that. All that work and little reward.
At LEVEL 4: Flying That's more like it! Grabbing those opportunities and working towards them in a focused, consistent way. Telling fear to get out of your way!
Take a look at this Venn diagram. This is how you're going to get there.
MOTIVATION
We know about feeling boosted at the beginning of an initiative, but have we crafted the motivation into something so powerful we can consult it to keep us going throughout the journey, especially when things get tough?
When you work alone, you cheer yourself at the beginning and end but tend to forget to do so in the middle.
This program celebrates every week's progress.
COURAGE
Confidence comes after we do things, not before, so there's no point waiting around to feel more confident.
What we need is courage - increasing self-belief, creating an empowering identity and putting fear in its place.
This program takes us through CBT hacks proven to change behaviours and outcomes and rid ourselves of the imposter syndrome that gets in our way.
ACTION
Many of us start strong, but we are not strong finishers.
We can overcome that but using habit formation and habit stacking, by increasing the power of the subconscious, by using project management planning and by using accountability to others.
This program helps you set a challenge and keep going till you meet it, knowing that self-discipline alone is not enough.
You emerge victorious!

"As a sole practitioner, it was useful to step back and consider how I operate, the stories I tell myself, how they stifle opportunity and how I might change that.
